  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized sculptures
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send clear photos of the product and packaging
  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation

Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we will work quickly to resolve any issue.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
